The DESIRAS consortium consists of seven partners from four European countries:

DACOM LTD – THE NETHERLANDS

Dacom, the supplier of the innovative technology that is pilot tested in DESIRAS, is located in Emmen, in the Netherlands. Dacom has built years of experience in combining sensor technology, scientific knowledge and the internet to help farmers in sustainable and profitable farming.

ATLANTIS CONSULTING LTD – CYPRUS

Atlantis Consulting from Cyprus will help DESIRAS in organizing regional stakeholder meetings and making an impact assessment of the uptake and dissemination of the results produced by DESIRAS. Atlantis is responsible for the exit strategy of DESIRAS.

CYPRUS ORGANIC FARMERS ASSOCIATION – CYPRUS

The Cyprus Organic Farmers Association (COFA) is a strategic partner of DESIRAS in reaching Organic Farmers on Cyprus. COFA is essential in reaching regional stakeholders and involving them in the struggle against desertification.

PLATAFORMA ROBLES – SPAIN

A large olive farm in the arid south of Spain and one of the locations where the DACOM technology will be tested.

OIKOZOE VIOKALLIERGIES LTD – CYPRUS

Another pilot site, Oikozoe Viokoalliergies is producing, amongst others, potatoes in Cyprus.

ARISSANDRA COSMETICS LTD – CYPRUS

The last pilot site, Arissandra Cosmetics is a producer of, amongst others, verbena. This herb is used in the production of cosmetics.
