EWP Chairman during opening speech at the Eruopean Session

The fifth World Water Forum took place from Monday 16th to Sunday 22nd of March. 20000 stakeholders gathered in Istanbul to discuss solutions to attain sustainable water use. The European Regional Process was present at the Forum in the European Regional Pavilion and organised the European Regional Session. Furthermore, the European Regional Document was presented to a braod audience. The activities of the European Regional Process and the European Water Partnership at the Forum are summarised in “EWP @ Istanbul“.
The EWP also set up a blog to keep interested people informed about daily highlights from the Forum and to create a space to share impressions and informal thoughts about the event.
