Is Water Stewardship part of the future of water footprinting?

Find out at the Leeds Water Footprint Symposium: Where next for water footprint and water assessment methodology? on the 6th of December, 2013.

EWS Recommended Consultant, Peter Easton will speak on behalf of EWP on Water Stewardship as a means of water assessment. Knowledge from water accountancy into allows water stewards to consider a cohesive water management strategy.

Water Stewardship is one of the many topics addressed at the Symposium’s workshops and presentations including:

· How to calculate the Water Footprint,
· Life cycle assessment for water,
· ISO 14046 Water Footprint,
· Agriculture and the Water Footprint,
· Virtual water trade and
· Water valuation

This event is organized by the Natural Environment Research Council and will be hosted at Weetwood Hall, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5PS.
