STREAM Seminar – State of the Art in Urban Water Management at International Water Week, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

During the first Amsterdam International Water Week (IWW, 1-3 November) the STREAM project will organize its first Policy Seminar.
Focusing on urban water management, the objective of this seminar is to show the current state of both the European policy and research efforts on urban water management as well as the best practices and challenges for practical implementation of sustainable water management in cities. The overall objective of the event is to bring politicians and research together to make sure that policies are based on the latest research, research is policy driven, and together they focus on the practical implementation of solutions. Confirmed speakers include representatives from the European Commission, the SWITCH Research Project on Urban Water Management and the cities of Rotterdam, Rybnyk and Tallinn.
