You are between 18 and 25 years old, creative and ready to cross linguistic barriers? Perfect! Then we want YOU! Catch your camera and participate in the EWP’s photo competition “Who cares … about water? Nature does!”.
The European Water Partnership invites youngsters living in Europe to express their interpretation of the title and their view on interlinkeages between water and biodiversity in pictures. All works will be exhibited during Europe’s most prominent environmental conference, the Green Week, to be held in Brussels, 1st-4th June 2010.
A high level jury and visitors of the Green Week Exhibition and online votes on the EWP website will select the best pictures by examining photographer’s skills, creativity, originality, the artistic realization of the title and the intercultural comprehensibility. And the very best: The winners will be invited to receive attractive prices at the Aquawareness photo competition award ceremony, taking place in a European Capital. Place and date of this ceremony will be released soon.
Participation in the competition is very easy: candidates need to submit electronically up to two photos before Wednesday, 26th May, 5 pm Brussels time, to firstname.lastname@example.org. For further information about the entry conditions and participation rules, please click here.
